HAZYVIEW – A security guard was doused with petrol and set alight during an armed robbery last night.

It is alleged that an unknown number of suspects tried to steal a truck, and upon confrontation, they poured petrol over the guard and set him alight.

Hi-Tech Special Services and Hi-Tech Ambulance Services gave medical assistance to the burned patient and transported him to hospital.
