Hazyview police are investigating a murder case following the discovery of the body of a naked man in Sandriver.
The body was recovered near bushes by passers-by on Monday morning. A resident, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the deceased was a known cattle herder in the area.

He alleges that he had received his payment on the day he was attacked by unknown people.
Const Duduzile Malibe, spokesperson for Hazyview police, said they had opened a murder case.
“He had bruises all over his body. It is clear that he was severely beaten before his death. We don’t know the motive of the murder. We call on anyone with information to help the police,” she says.
