Five arrested on the N4 for dealing in dagga
The suspects were busted with dagga worth an estimated street value of R370 000,00.
MIDDELBURG- Five men aged between 25 and 39, amongst them three foreign nationals were arrested on the N4 today.
The arrest came after members of the Crime Intelligence in Emalahleni received information about a truck transporting sugar and dagga that was travelling from Malalane to Johannesburg.
After it was stopped, bags of compressed dagga packed on top of the sugar worth an estimated street value of R370 000,00 were found.
The suspects were arrested and they will appear at the Witbank Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
