No umbrellas allowed at ANC celebration
Predictions from the South African Weather Services (SAWS), state that maximum temperatures in Kimberley will reach up to 31 degrees Celsius during the day.
Umbrellas are prohibited at the African National Congress (ANC) 108th Anniversary Celebration at Tafel Lager Park Stadium in Kimberly tomorrow.
According to a statement, this is to ensure the celebration proceeds well without any incidents.
However, predictions from the South African Weather Services (SAWS), state that maximum temperatures in Kimberley will reach up to 31 degrees Celsius during the day.
“People are advised to use sun protecting gears such as hats, caps and sun screens. No umbrellas will be allowed in the stadium during the celebration. We therefore urge all our members and supporters not to bring any umbrellas to the stadium,” reads the statement from the political party.
Members and supporters are advised to pay attention to weather reports.
