In the past few weeks, several communities in Mpumalanga faced continued heavy rainfall leading to widespread floods across the province.

In light of the above, the MEC for co-operative governance and traditional affairs, Mandla Msibi, and the Ehlanzeni District’s executive mayor, Cllr Jesta Sidell, held a media briefing earlier today, February 16, to provide updates on the government’s flood intervention efforts.
