Schoemansdal murder update: Relatives remanded in custody pending bail application

The case of the three family members accused of fatally shooting their relative, George Freddy Willis (80), has been postponed to Friday, May 9, for the continuation of the bail application.

The deceased’s wife, Nomvula Lucy Willis (75); son, George Kenedy Willis (55); and grandson, Kenny Rudolph Willis (29), appeared in the Nkomazi Magistrate’s Court on May 6 and are remanded in custody.

They stand accused of murdering George, who was shot at his house in Schoemansdal on April 27.
