Phakama Mbombela hosts national artists in KaNyamazane
Phakama Mbombela’s first 2-in-1 show rocked Chaf Zar Lifestyle on October 4, with Big Zulu headlining a lively after-party.
The Phakama Mbombela hosted its first 2-in-1 show at Chaf Zar Lifestyle on Saturday, October 4.
This event had a great lineup of local and national artists, while attendees were also treated to a vibrant after-party with Big Zulu as the main performer.
The founder of Phakama Mbombela, Nono Sangweni, said the vision of the event was to bring major artists to local communities.

She said the organisers will decide whether this will be an annual event or rotate among venues around Mbombela.
“We are happy that things went according to plan, although the turnout was not what we anticipated. We are excited about the future of this event,” said Sangweni.
Some of the artists who performed included Thina Zungu, Ndumiso Zungu, Vukani Sipho Makhabane, Sbu Noah and DJ Madumane.
