Man (26) stabbed to death in McDonald’s store in Witbank

Two men allegedly had an argument about a food order after which the incident occurred.

A 26-year-old man was stabbed and killed inside a McDonald’s outlet in a shopping centre in Witbank in the early hours of Friday morning.

The Witbank Police are now requesting the assistance of the community to find and arrest an unknown suspect who could be responsible for the crime.

According to information the incident occurred at 04:20 when two men allegedly argued about a food order.

The unknown man apparently  took out a sharp object and stabbed the victim. He then ran away from the scene leaving his red Volkswagen Golf behind.

When paramedics arrived the victim was declared dead.
