Air fryer Parmesan Brussel sprouts

Whether you're looking for a healthy side dish for dinner or a tasty snack to enjoy on its own, this recipe ticks all the boxes.

Brussels sprouts often get a bad rap, but when prepared right, they can be a delicious and nutritious addition to any meal.

Brussels sprouts are packed with antioxidants like kaempferol, which help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Antioxidants play a key role in reducing inflammation and lowering the risk of chronic diseases. They also keep your immune system fighting fit during winter.

Boiling Brussels sprouts can lead to the loss of water-soluble vitamins and nutrients. Boiling can result in a mushy texture and – you guessed it – a less appealing taste! By cooking these little gems in an air fryer you can preserve their natural flavour and texture, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior. Recipe compliments of McCain.
