With investigations ongoing into non-compliant companies, we asked: Are you sure your security company is not undercutting costs to offer better rates?
Yorrik Lotto: I have security built into my rent in the complex where I live and assume they have done the necessary checks and verification of the provider.Simon Majadibodu: Price is the most important but I would not go for the absolute cheapest as I would worry about the quality of service they would provide.Grant Patton: Price is important as well as having a presence in the area. I assume companies driving around publicising themselves are compliant.Tinky Osthuizen: I have never thought about companies not being compliant and hope the estate where I live has done their due diligence. I will check.
