Policemen at play

The first ever police challenge was won by the hosting team, Parkview SAPS.

Parkview SAPS, who will challenge other police stations once every two months, played a hard game against their first challenges on 14 September, Joburg Central SAPS.

Half-time score was 1-3 to the visitors before Parkview stormed back in the second half to win the game 6-4.The event forms part of the Marks Park Parkview SAPS Challenge, was held at Marks Park Sports Club and sponsored by Marks Park and Komatie Butchery.

“Marks Park would like to congratulate Parkview SAPS on their first victory and look forward to the next challenge due to be played in November,” club manager Gareth Passmore said.
