Melville Christmas Fete set for 7 December
MELVILLE- Annual Christmas fête promises to impress visitors.
In what is fast becoming another annual event in Melville, this year’s 7 December Christmas Fete promises to bring on the holiday spirit with the best that the trendy suburb has to offer.
Melville is already well known as the contemporary arts, heritage, and culture hub of Johannesburg and with the coordination of this year’s Melville Christmas Fete, residents and visitors will be able to explore the crafts, fashion, antiques, home décor and delicious deli produce on offer. There will also be the singing of Christmas carols around the neighbourhood and a prize for the best Christmas theme window display on 7th street.
As the organisers roll up their sleeves to bring about another Melville Christmas Fete, residents as well as visitors can expect a fun day of shopping, food and Christmas carols from 10am to 8pm. Christmas lights will be illuminated at 7 pm.
The event is organised by the Melville Business Association and Melville Business Traders.
