Pikitup holiday schedule
NORTHCLIFF – Pikitup refuse collection dates to remain the same during the public holidays.
Pikitup has issued a statement assuring residents that refuse collection days will remain the same for the upcoming April/May public holidays.
“Residents and businesses are urged [to ensure] that their bins are be left out by 7am in order to assist in the unhindered collection of refuse on the day,” said the waste management entity.
Refuse will be collected during the public holiday dates which include April 18, 21, 28 and May 1 and 7. Recyclable materials will also be collected during the public holidays in all participating areas. All garden sites will however, be closed on Good Friday and open for the rest of the holidays from 8am to 5pm.
The landfill sites that would be operating during the public holidays are Robinson Deep, Goudkoppies, Marie Louise and Ennerdale.
