The Minister of Higher Education Blade Nzimande made a near controversial statement on 21 October in Cape Town.
Before a press briefing ENCA captured Nzimande casually saying, “If students don’t accept this, we will start our own movement, ‘studentsmustfall’.” He then proceeded to laugh at himself.
