Matric results were released on 6 January to extremely excited Matrics of the Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg (DSJ).
Of the 46 candidates who wrote, 97.8 per cent had bachelor’s degree passes while the school achieved a 100 per cent pass rate. DSJ marketing and public relations manager Savo Ceprnich said, “We are very proud of our Class of 2015, we scored well above the IEB average of 85 per cent.”
Their top achievers were:
- Leonidas Karamanof: 10 distinctions
- Jessica Hiestermann: nine distinctions
- Jonathan Pollock: seven distinctions.
