BERARIO – Helping Hands Berario shares its wishlist and asks the community for assistance.
Helping Hands Berario, a non-profit organisation, is in need of the community’s assistance.
The organisation supports patients living with HIV/Aids and other chronic diseases, and also conducts testing and counselling and provides wellness education for various lifestyle diseases.
Founder of Helping Hands Berario, Luti Kumalo, explained that these services run at no cost to the community. “The aim is to ensure that people are informed and able to lead healthy lives.”
Helping Hands Berario shared their wishlist for the year:
• A computer
• Volunteers to work in the garden and to assist with the development of the website
• Marketing material and a banner outside the organisation, advertising the services offered
• Logo branded T-shirts for members of the organisation and the women who participate in the various groups.
