Father Christmas visits Orban School

WESTDENE – The pre-primary children at the school enjoyed a magical morning with this much-loved gift giver.

A morning at Orban School got magical when Father Christmas popped in to spread some festive cheer to the little ones.

Eager to see and speak to the sleigh riding gift giver, the children and staff were excited that he managed to make his way to their school even with such a hectic schedule. Let’s face it, making sure that all those elves get all those awesome gifts so he can get into his sleigh and ride around the world to make sure that every child is made happy is no easy feat. And he still managed to visit Westdene which was a fun experience for all who took part.

Leading up to his special visit, the school’s pre-primary learners completed a few art projects with Christmas as the theme. Both teachers and learners could barely contain their excitement when Father Christmas finally arrived. This year he was very insightful and gave a gift of literacy in the form of children’s books to each and every pre-primary learner.
