City Parks to attend to fallen trees and branches closing off roads

JOBURG – Residents may report fallen trees and hanging branches to trees@jhbcityparks.com or register general enquiries on the Joburg Connect Call Centre on 011 375 5555.


Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo is reminding the public that they remain on standby to attend to fallen trees and broken branches across the roads and in parks and public spaces of the city.

City Parks has continued to commit themselves to prioritise uprooted trees obstructing main routes and that have damaged walls and private properties.

Residents may report fallen trees and branches to trees@jhbcityparks.com or register general enquiries on the Joburg Connect Call Centre on 011 375 5555.

City Parks is also appealing to the public to only escalate issues of fallen and uprooted trees to the emergency WhatsApp number on 082 803 0748, by forwarding the full address, corner streets, contact details and a photo.
