Northcliff’s KinderKids and Baby Academy sent their children back to their families on 16 April with some of the funkiest and fun colours as part of their Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa) initiative. On the day all the Kinder kids’ hair was sprayed in bright colours in support of Cansa’s 2021 Colours Speak Louder than Words campaign. According to the schools manager Marita Louw, the children donated a cash amount of their choice to Cansa to have their hair sprayed which Ester Pretorius received on behalf of Cansa.

Almost every family in our school has or knows a family member, friend or colleague who has been diagnosed with cancer. We hope that the money raised for Cansa will contribute in changing cancer sufferer’s lives for the better and that it will create an awareness of the important role this non-profit leader plays in South Africa.”
