City Power appeals for patience from its customers as they attend to the backlogs in several areas including Randburg, Roodepoort, Hursthill and the inner city.
The power entity said in a statement that they are also dealing with major unrelated outages and have received about 2000 outage calls this morning, November 14.
“Our teams are out across all the service delivery centres attending to these outages, however, the rainy weather is disrupting and delaying some of our recovery and repair efforts,” said City Power.
