In response to ongoing and complex billing challenges faced by many residents, the city’s Revenue Department will host a billing open day, aimed at assisting with outstanding billing matters.

The open day, which brings together the entire billing value chain and all relevant entities, is designed to provide residents with the opportunity to have their queries addressed directly by officials responsible for different billing functions.

The billing open day will take place on Saturday, November 8, from 08:30 to 15:30 at Marks Park Sports Grounds, 1 Judith Road, Emmarentia
