Northcliff Primary School’s Grade 1’s excited about first day

Parents are both excited and nervous for the first day at school for their Grade 1's at Northcliff Primary School.

Grade 1 learners at Northcliff Primary School are safely admitted into the school precinct and sitting at their desks for the first time.

This journalist saw no tears but rather excitement, bravery and courage from the little ones as they said goodbye to their parents and walked alone into the grounds with massive backpacks and brand-new uniforms.

Teachers were kind and handled the 144 Grade 1s with ease and experience as they were grouped into their various classes and shown where they will spend the year learning and playing.
