Despite several teams not finishing due to structural failures, team “Flaming Flamingoes” clutched the win with a sturdy yet manoeuvrable box car in bright pink.

The winning team consisted of Amily Toumbev, Ariyana Abdullah, Erin Hendrix, Giana Paruth, Lwethu Moyo & Joshua Bridge, who displayed outstanding teamwork and collaboration in developing their fantastic box car vehicle.

Principal of Brandcliff House Private school, Jonathan Linde, stated that it was enjoyable to see how much fun the students were having as they raced and piloted their vehicles. “But it was more rewarding seeing the pride with which our students displayed the vehicles which they had built by hand over many hours.”
