Leading by example at Let’s Work
Let's Work proudly honours Sbongiseni Mazibuko as their hero of the year, for his teamwork, leadership, and passion have inspired the entire organisation.
This year, the Let’s Work team would like to take a moment to recognise one of their standout team members, Sbongiseni Mazibuko, who was voted by the entire team as their Employee of the Year.
He exemplifies the spirit of teamwork, leadership, and dedication that they value so deeply at Let’s Work.
Felicity Lawlor, of Let’s Work, said that he is always available to lend a hand, whether it is stepping up when others need help or offering support when things get tough. “His positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed have made him an invaluable member of the team.”

Mazibuko also plays a crucial role in capturing the moments that define their work. “He takes beautiful photos for us, many of which we’ve used on our social media platforms to share the work we’re doing with the wider community. His eye for detail and ability to capture the essence of what we do helps to tell our story in a powerful way,” said Lawlor.
As a leader, he steps in when necessary, particularly when one of the other supervisors is unavailable. His leadership skills are evident in the way he guides and motivates his team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
