Curry Parlour ‘Parliamentarians’ and bikers bring Christmas cheer to disadvantaged kids

The bright smiles on those sometimes lonely faces made the effort really worthwhile!

It is a Christmas tradition for members of The Curry Parlour social club to raise funds to buy toys and sweets for disadvantaged children in memory of Ram Balgobind, founder of The Curry Parlour. On Sunday, with the help of the SAPS and Family Crew bikers, gifts were given to kids at the Crisis Centre, Enhlanhleni Children’s Home, Dundee Hospital children’s ward, Adult Centre and at a rural settlement on the Sunset Rest road.

Gifts will also be presented to the police’s Family Violence and Sexual Offences Unit. Thanks to all who supported this venture!
