It has not been a good year for the Kremlin. (AKA the Endumeni Municipality)… from furious rows, usually between Speaker Mbatha and Councillor Mdluli, to allegations of tender corruption, jobs for pals and finally, a forensic probe… yes, it has been tough out there.

But in spite of all this, there is light at the end of the tunnel.  The municipality has put up a magnificent display of festive lights outside the municipality which is proving to be a popular night-time stop over for families.  Kids love the lights and parents love taking photos… go yourself after sunset and be enlightened.
