Masks, mannequins and moustaches
Morester Children's Home will be hosting its fifth annual carnival on October 26. Don't miss out!

Morester Children’s Home will be hosting its fifth annual carnival on October 26.
According to Ria Naudè from Morester, the home needs R1.3-million a year to keep its doors open and the carnival is the biggest fundraising event it hosts.
“We would like to invite the community to join in on the day’s fun and to support the event,” said Mrs Naudè.
The event is set to start at 9am and end at 1pm.
At the carnival there will be food stalls, arts and crafts stalls and entertainment in the form of choirs, a fun photo booth, dance groups and drum majorettes.
Mrs Naudè explained that every year, the Morester Carnival has a theme and this year’s theme is Mannequins, Masks and Moustaches.
“The day is all about fun for the community and the children of the home.”
If anyone would like to assist the home in anyway, Mrs Naudè can be contacted on 034 312 3473 or 082 301 9528.
“I would just like to thank the community ahead of time for its efforts and assistance,” concluded Mrs Naudè.
