Landbou High School – First netball side announced

LANDBOU’S first netball side for 2014 was announced during assembly on March 3. Congratulations to the following girls: S Ndebele (captain); F Khumalo (vice-captain); S Ngwenya; L Nkosi; N Khumalo; Z Zulu; S Dube; L Mlambo and T Mthuli. Each player committed herself to the code of conduct and being an ambassador on and off the court. We wish these girls all the best for the coming sports season. English Home Language: Grade 12 learners will attend a live performance on March 5 at Dundee High School, where a professional touring company will be performing Othello. Furthermore, five learners will be writing the EHL National Olympiad on March 4. We wish them all the best of luck for this challenge. Speech and Drama Festival: Learners are already preparing and practicing for this prestigious event that will take place in August this year. All the language teachers at Landbou are working very hard and learners are very inspired.
