The Estcourt Round Table recently held their annual Induction Dinner at Blue Haze Country Lodge where they celebrated the outgoing 2013/2014 Chairman, Shane Scott, and welcomed the incoming 2014/2015 Chairman, Deon Enslin.
The Tablers took the opportunity to splash on some dusty cologne and don their number one’s while the ladies of the Round Table delighted with their evening elegance.
The following awards were handed out:
Deon Enslin: Fellowship award and Projects award, Stefan Boshoff: Tabler of the year and Travel award, Wayne Kenyon-Slade: Attendance award and Gentleman’s award and Lyzandra Boshoff: Leg of the year. Sadly Estcourt Round Table had to bid fare thee well to one of its longest standing members, Wayne Kenyon-Slade who was bowler-hatted and now joins the ranks of the Estcourt 41’ers.
The tides quickly turned when, for his zeal and passion he brought to the Estcourt Round Table, he was awarded with an honourary year. Thank you to all who attended and to the Estcourt community for the ongoing support, without which the club would not have been able to accomplish the community projects they did.
