Winter sport against Dundee: On Thursday, May 8, NRS hosted the winter sport matches against Dundee Primary. It was a lovely, sunny day and the pleasant atmosphere was enjoyed by all.
The results were as follows (NRS scores first): Rugby: u/10 5-0, u/11 15-10, the second team 19-5 and the first team 31-7. Netball: u/10 0-15 and u/11A 7-2. Hockey: u/10 0-2 and the second team 0-2.
Boys hockey: Salmaan Dhooma, Lusanda Ngcobo and Cebo Phakathi have been selected for the u/13 Vryheid District team. They will take part in the Boys Hockey District Tournament in Pietermaritzburg during the weekend of May 24. Congratulations and good luck to them!
Holkrans: Op Vrydag, 9 Mei, het twee van ons Gr. 7-leerders, Lourens Mentz en Danielle Greef, namens NRS ‘n krans gelê tydens die Holkrans-gedenkdiens.
