Sasko meets his rugby idols

Sasko didnt want to wash his hands after meeting Jake White and John Smith

Dreams do come true, even when they seem impossible. Samukelo ‘Sasko’ Ndlovu is a fine example of this.
Sasko, as he is affectionately known at school, never believed in himself and told teachers that nothing good would ever happen in his life. But life had other things in store for him, and through hard work in class and on the sports fields, Sasko soon started to reap the rewards. He is now headboy of the school and was selected for the Natal U/13B rugby side, as well as the Natal 7s U/13 squad.
But the surprises did not end there – two weeks ago Sasko attended a capping ceremony at Kings Park Stadium where he met Jake White and John Smith. “I didn’t want to wash the hand that they shook after that!” said an overjoyed Sasko. The future is bright for the young sports star, and many schools are eager to sign him up once he finishes Grade 7. With a newfound belief in himself, Sasko is ready to make more magic moments happen on and off the field.
