Drunk driver poops himself as he is arrested
As the officer caught him and was making the arrest, the driver defecated and urinated
A man was arrested for drunken driving this afternoon (Monday) in Francis Road.
A Public Safety officer saw the man talking on his cell-phone while driving past Juana Maria Old Age Home. The female officer pulled him over, but the man was in no mood to face the consequences of his actions. Instead, he decided to make a run for it up Princess Elizabeth Street. The officer gave chase all the way to nearby veld.
As the officer caught him and was making the arrest, the driver urinated and defecated at the same time. It was found that he was under the influence of alcohol.
SAPS officers then arrived to take him to the police station in their van.
It is unclear who the owner of the vehicle is, and the car will be impounded until the owner can claim it.
There were two other occupants in the vehicle, who were also under the influence of alcohol.
