Treverton College plays in Independent Schools Festival

18 schools participated in the event, and Treverton is the only co-ed school that was invited to the festival

Despite the 151 girl enrolment at Treverton College, over the years, the hockey girls have established a reputation as being skilled, determined players and an opposition team to beware of in matches and at tournaments.
Once again, this year, the hockey girls have played excellent games and the highlight of the season was attending the Independent Schools’ Festival at St Andrew’s School for Girls in Johannesburg.
18 schools participated in the event, and Treverton is the only co-ed school that was invited to the festival.
The Treverton team played five matches.
They played against some of South Africa’s top independent schools; they won three games and lost two.
This is the fourth year that Treverton has attended the festival.
