New Republic Primary School – Welcome back

WE WOULD like to welcome back all our learners and teachers for the third term. 
A special word of welcome to the new learners and their parents who have now joined the NRS community. 
Welcome once again to our new teachers in training, Mr Matthew Stride and Miss Carmen McKay. May the new working environment be a positive experience to both of them.
The new term promises to be a very busy but exciting one. We will soon start practising for our concert in October. The learners of NRS are also looking forward to the new sport codes of this term, namely soccer, tennis, athletics and cricket.
Netball: At the end of last term, just before the school closed for the Winter holiday, two of our netball teams played against the visiting KZN North Coastal teams. Our u/12A team lost 2-8 and our first team lost 7-14 against them.
Personalia: Mrs R Venter had an operation during the holiday. We wish her a speedy recovery.
