Michaelis Schule – Clash of the Titans

WEDNESDAY, July 30, saw the “Clash of the Titans” as Michaelis took on Karnallie in our annual rugby and hockey matches. 

There was huge excitement as the kids took to the field. Parents watched with anticipation as their children made them proud.

The aim of the day was fun, fun and more fun! We were so delighted to see the excitement both on and off the field. 

After the games, the children refreshed themselves with orange slices and Orange Grove juices kindly sponsored by Empire Dairies. 
Each team was awarded a participation certificate.

Michaelis Kindergarten would like to thank Karnallie for another successful morning and we look forward to meeting again in 2015.

Cricket: Our first match of the season was played on Thursday against NRS. We batted first and scored 128 runs for seven wickets. NRS batted second and beat us with nine wickets still in hand.
The best batsman for Michaelis was Cameron Aitken, who scored 30 runs and the best bowler was Dian Mengel who took two wickets. Well done, boys!
