LAST Friday, everybody at NRS celebrated the arrival of spring by participating in a spring walk.

It was a fun-filled day that was enjoyed by all. Children were sponsored per km for the distance that they walked. Prizes were also awarded in different categories for hats that depicted the theme of spring flowers. The day ended with the Grade 7s taking part in a soccer tournament on the hostel fields, with the whole school watching.

On the same day, the Foundation Phase also had a fund-raising event for the disabled, called Glitter Day. It was great fun for the little ones to dress up in bling and glitter. Thank you to our parents for supporting these events.
