Residents disregard ‘no dumping’ laws

I make an urgent appeal to the municipality to have this area cleaned

This is the scene that greets us every morning outside my home (17a 3rd Avenue , Forderville).
Residents blatantly disregard the law and concerns of the surrounding neighbours as they continue dumping in the “no dumping zones.”

Domestic, building and garden refuse is strewn all over the area. Besides it being torture to the eye, it poses a health risk to the many children who play in the area. The culprits have gone so far as to even deface and remove the “no dumping” sign.

I make an urgent appeal to the municipality to have this area cleaned.
The last time this area was cleaned was before the elections and I hope we don’t have to wait for the next election to see our municipality in action again.
