THE State Veterinary department are doing free rabies vaccinations in town on September 19 and 20.

On September 19, the schedule will be as follows: 7:00am – 9:00am on the corner of Klein and Annemoon Streets; 9:30am – 11:30am on the corner of High and South Streets (Fire Station); 12:00 – 2:00pm on the corner of Heeren and West Streets (Trimpark) and 3:30pm – 5:30pm on the corner of Spoor and Nyala Streets.

On September 20, the schedule will be as follows: 7:00am – 9:00am on the corner of Smal and Park Streets (Paddadam); 9:15am – 11:15am on the corner of Brecher and High Streets and 11:30 am – 1:30pm on the corner of Church and Edward Streets.

Under no circumstances will animals be vaccinated at homes. All animals must be brought to the venue for vaccination.
