Shiny, loud cars raise money for children’s home

Cars in all their ‘shining glory’ arrived at the school to show off their pimping good looks and the sound they could pump out

Klipriver High School was abuzz with sound and activity on Saturday as Môrester Children’s Home held a Show ‘n Shine & Sound Competition at the school grounds. Cars in all their ‘shining glory’ arrived at the school to show off their pimping good looks and the sound they could pump out.

All funds raised by the competitions were donated to the children’s home. This saw many of the entrants leaving with not only a trophy in their hands, but a smile in their hearts knowing that they had helped children less fortunate.

The revving engines and pounding sound systems made for a great afternoon and evening!
