In preparation for final exams, ArcelorMittal Newcastle is once again offering a spring school programme.
First intoroduced in 2012, this annual programme is one of the many interventions by the Science Centre to support and provide the Grade 12 pupils with revision lessons and final examination preparations for mathematics, physical sciences and life sciences, in a bid to reinforce pupil’s knowledge in the subject content and enhance the quality of Matric performance.
This year, the spring intervention school will take place from the October 6 to October 10 – during third term school holiday.
The spring programme only targets matriculants, and the lessons are always delivered by dedicated and distinguished educators who serve the Basic Education Department and therefore understand challenges in the classroom and problematic content areas.
The Science Centre is situated in the Majuba FET College Campus, Section 2, Madadeni. This facility is available for use by all interested pupils from the Amajuba District Community.
