Over two dozen speed bumps on the Hattingspruit road have got some motorists hot under the collar.  The bumps were recently installed after a series of fatal accidents on the road – accidents that were blamed on speed and/or negligent driving.

However, while the bumps may have slowed the speedsters down, other motorists have complained that teeth-shaking obstacles damage their vehicles and even upset their stomachs.

Despite several attempts to glean comment from the authorities, the Department of Transport did not respond to any requests from the Courier.
