Bank angling competition well supported

Heritage Day was spent fishing for these folk...

On Wednesday, September 24, the Hervormde Kerk, Glencoe, in collaboration with Dundee Angling Club, held a bank angling competition at Chelmsford Dam.
Said one of the organisers, Pieter Bester: “Thank you to all the sponsors, without whom the competition would not have been a success: Ismails Trading Store, Molls Tyres, Continental, Tubestone, Charlies SuperSpar, Infinity/Tyrecor, Porto’s, Battle Creek Spur, Glencoe Central Burchery/Saverite, Hi Way Delta, The Guinea Fowl Coffee Shop, Pirelli, Dundee Trading Pharmacy, Q-Kleen/Bobby Abrahamse, George Shaw, Martiens Potgieter, Hammersley Meintjies, Ansie en Sakkie Folscher, Francois van der Walt, Chris Gunter and Tyrone Milne.”
