A TOYOTA Fortuner and G4S vehicle were involved in a head on collision on Khambula road yesterday afternoon.
Details are still sketchy but according to an eyewitness, three men in the G4S vehicle sustained severe leg injuries, with one of them having their foot amputated.
*Three women who were in the Fortuner are said to have died on scene whilst their driver was critically injured.
According to an official who was at the scene, the driver of the Fortuner may have lost control of the vehicle and collided head on with the G4S vehicle.
The cause of the collision has not been officially established and investigations are still underway.
