Oscar’s judgement day – your thoughts on the verdict?

Oscar Pistorious has been sentenced to five years in jail for killing his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.

Judge Masipa reached her verdict this morning (Tuesday) in the North Gauteng High Court. She also sentenced him to an additional three years regarding his firearm charge.

Last month, Oscar was found guilty of culpable homicide. The murder charge was dismissed.
