Sam overcomes toughest challenge…

Sumeer, also known as ‘Sam the Barber’, recently faced his toughest challenge yet, but has come out stronger.

Yesterday (Monday) Sam underwent an operation to have his left leg amputated, following an infection which set in after his accident in July.

Sam has faced a lot of uncertainty lately – doctors had to decide between reconstruction or amputation of his leg. However, the final verdict was given and the amputation was carried out successfully.

Michall Naidoo, a close friend of Sam’s, appeals to all those who witnessed the accident to kindly come forward with information, as this will greatly aid an investigation into the incident.
