IT HAS been another exciting year for the Landbou Inspiritus Choir.
Having performed at various choir concerts and festivals has been an awesome and humbling experience and we are so grateful for the invitations extended to us by organisers. We hope that we not only entertained, but lifted our audience’s spirits. We close off our year with exciting news as 21 of our choir members have made it into the NZKN Youth Choir. Well done to all of you, keep the Landbou flag high!
In conclusion we would like to thank our principal and choir coordinator; Mev Van Niekerk. We thank you for your unwavering support, even when you couldn’t be there physically we knew your heart was right there with us.
We cannot forget the most important people, without whom none of this would have been possible: the choir members themselves.
“It has been an honour and incredible privilege being your conductor; I will miss your beautiful spirits and angelic voices. I thank the Vryheid community for all their support and constant praises, your smiles kept us motivated.”
“May God bless you and keep you, may God make His face shine upon you, and give you peace forever.” – Sbo Ngubane (Choir Conductor)
End year examinations: So far, all the students are diligent in the writing of their subjects and have studied really hard. Our Matric class of 2014 is giving their utmost best. Guys, you are past the halfway mark, we hold thumbs and stand by you.
We raise our hands and praise the Lord for the lovely rain. This is such a blessing.
Quote for the week: “Geseënd is hulle wat kan gee sonder om te onthou en ontvang sonder om te vergeet.”
