Update: Load-shedding will happen today

Emnambithi/Ladysmith Municipality has received the go-ahead from Eskom that there will indeed be load-shedding today (November 22).

With power outages yesterday and during the night, the areas that were meant to be cut from 9pm to midnight were not cut due to safety reasons, and they are trying not to cut the power during the night.

That leaves daytime and early evenings, when power will be cut.

Today is Day 22 on the load-shedding schedule.

Here are the times when the respective groups will be cut off today:

Group 1 : 6am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm.

Group 2 : 12am to 3am, 9am to 12pm and 6pm to 9pm.

Group 3 : 3am to 6am, 12pm to 3pm and 9pm to 12am.
