Matric markers have flooded in Dundee and Glencoe and are hard at work marking matric exam papers at Sarel Cilliers High School and Dundee High School.
Over 480 markers, from around KZN, (of which all are teachers) are at Sarel Cilliers with most accommodated at the school’s hostel complex.
Over 220 000 scripts are being checked and marked. Exam papers marked in Glencoe include Geography paper two, History paper one, Agricultural Sciences, Agriculture Science Technology practice and Agricultural Technology.
Marking is expected to be completed by December 15. Matric results should be out by January 6 2015.
