Ladybird’s year comes to an end

WOW! Another school year is over. It feels like we just started our adventure as the preschool class of 2014. As they say, “time goes by when you having fun!” And that was definitely the case with us this year.

It started with learning all about each other, to learning what a fireman looks like and seeing the truck he drives, the transformation from a caterpillar to a butterfly, learning that a Apple and Animal reads A and Cake and Car reads C.

The graduation of our 2014 grade R’s brings sweet memories to our teachers and learners. Camping in tents on the rugby field of Vryheid High School, WOW!!!

Another highlight of 2014 was the fabulous Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs play. The children had fun and worked extremely hard and we are proud of our little stars singing and dancing their heart out on stage!

We would like to thank all of the parents for your support this year, your children are very special to us and we thank you for letting us have the opportunity to teach them. We love their funny stories, their eagerness to learn and willingness to do new exciting things.

For those of you making the adventure to the “big school” next year , good luck and have fun! For those returning to Ladybird, we can not wait for the new adventures that lay ahead of us!

We hope that you have a safe and blessed Christmas season!
