THE 2015 Hanami Gi-Challenge is the second Gi-Challenge to be held in South Africa.

After a successful 2014 Hanami Gi-Challenge, the 2015 Challenge promises to be even bigger and better than its predecessor. The primary purpose of the tournament is to stimulate the popularity of Gi within South Africa and to expand the beautiful art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Organisers intend to host the Hanami Gi-Challenges annually and are driven to establish and maintain the standard of excellence. The tournament, which was hosted by the Kilian Academy at Indoor Speedball in 2014, will, once again be held in Vryheid on April 26. The venue has yet to be announced.
